levity is a modern healing community that brings together clinical therapy, embodied movement, mindfulness, and intuitive practices in one intentionally designed experience.

go deep.
stay human.

You've done the therapy. Read the books. Listened to the podcasts.

Maybe you understand your patterns. Maybe you know where the wounds come from. You're self-aware, insightful, and committed to your growth.

And still, something feels heavy. Isolated. Circular.

levity was created for this moment.

Through modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), yoga, meditation, journaling, and spiritual exploration, we help people reconnect with their truest selves and build meaningful relationships along the way.

Because healing is deeper, lighter, and more sustainable when it's done together.

experience

Most healing experiences ask you to choose a lane.

Yoga or therapy.

Science or spirituality.

Personal growth or community.

At levity, you don't have to choose.

Our experiences bring together therapeutic, embodied, and intuitive practices in one thoughtfully designed container. Rather than experiencing these modalities separately over months or years, participants move through them in an intentional sequence that allows each experience to deepen and build upon the next.

The modalities themselves aren't new. The way we bring them together is.

Grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience, levity offers something rarely found in today's wellness landscape:

a space where evidence-informed therapy, embodied practice, intuitive healing, and authentic community coexist.

As an LICSW and yoga teacher, I believe that authentic healing happens when the body and mind are in conversation. With over a decade teaching yoga and running a private practice on Cape Cod, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices to support deep, compassionate inner work.

My path into this work was born from a deep curiosity about the inner world, rooted first in my own healing. Life asked me to sit with hard things. The unraveling of a marriage, a profoundly painful breakup, the recalibration of sharing my children. These experiences became vessels, catapulting me into a call to share what I’ve learned: how to stay soft, how to remain tenderly human, and how to choose love when it’s easiest to build walls.

In truth, levity exists because of my friendship with Torey. Our process of witnessing one another’s suffering and holding it with love and care and also humor is something we both feel called to share and extend beyond our friendship. Our bond is proof-of-concept for unconditional, safe love- a space where the darkest situations are met with warmth, humor, and connection. We created this space to offer that exact same gift to you: the power of being completely unapologetically seen by a community that holds you through it all.

Everything I bring to levity comes from the tender terrain of my own life. Here, my vulnerability is my truth, and that truth has become my magic. And if the only way out is through, why shouldn’t “through” be joyful and filled with connection?

Torey Dingmann

For most of my adult life, I've lived in two worlds at once. Professionally, I've spent more than 16 years as a marketing executive, leading teams, building brands, and creating experiences for some of the world's most recognized companies. Personally, I've been navigating the beautifully messy realities of being human: motherhood, marriage, divorce, co-parenting, friendship, reinvention, and the constant pursuit of growth while balancing the demands of a high-performance career.

Like many people, my healing journey didn't follow a straight line. Along the way, I've explored a wide range of modalities including yoga, clinical therapy, energy healing, psychic mediumship, tarot, and other spiritual practices. What I've learned is that no single approach holds all the answers. True transformation happens when we integrate the tools, insights, and experiences that resonate most deeply with us and then bring them into our everyday lives.

At the heart of levity is another lesson I've learned: healing isn't meant to happen alone. My 23-year friendship with my co-founder, Erica, has been one of the greatest sources of strength, joy, and perspective in my life. Through every season, it has reminded me that there is often a fine line between surviving and thriving, and that connection, community, and belonging can make all the difference.

While my professional background helps ensure every experience is thoughtfully designed and delivered, my passion for this work comes from a much more personal place: a deep belief that we are all better when we heal, grow, and thrive together.
