Photography & Media Release
By attending a levity experience, I understand that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes.
I grant levity and its representatives the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display photographs, video, audio, and other recordings that may include my likeness, image, voice, or participation in any media format, including websites, social media, advertising, marketing materials, and future promotional content.
I understand I will not receive compensation for such use and waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.
We strive to respect personal privacy. Participants who prefer not to appear in photographs or videos may notify the levity team upon arrival, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate those preferences.
Health & Wellness Disclaimer
levity offers educational, wellness, personal development, and community-based experiences. Content provided during the event is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Participation in any activity, discussion, practice, or modality is voluntary and attendees are responsible for determining their own level of participation.
Therapeutic Modalities
While licensed clinicians, therapists, and wellness practitioners may participate in or facilitate portions of the experience, attendance at a levity event does not establish a therapist-client relationship with any facilitator, clinician, or practitioner unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written arrangement.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, wellness activities, and other practices involves inherent physical, emotional, and psychological risks.
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume responsibility for my participation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 30 days prior.
50% refund up to 14 days prior.
No refunds thereafter.
Code of Conduct
levity is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or behavior that disrupts the experience of others may result in removal from the event without refund.
Medical Emergency Release
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize levity and its representatives to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf if deemed necessary.
Intellectual Property
Event materials, presentations, workshops, and content provided by levity and its facilitators are the intellectual property of their respective creators and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.
